Midtown

Midtown is located between the commercial and financial districts of downtown Atlanta and the affluent residential districts of Buckhead. Many of Atlanta's historic single family residences are found here in the neighborhoods of Ansley Park, Atlantic Station, Home Park, and Sherwood Forest. Midtown has one of the fastest growing residential populations in the city, with more than 30,000 new residents in the last decade. Here you can find homes in traditional neighborhoods, to apartments, lofts and hi-rises with beautiful views of the city skyline. New residential projects are constantly breaking ground throughout the city and fueling more growth in the Midtown community.
