About Mindy

I have always loved Real Estate and have been involved in the buying, selling, and building of properties since 1983. I received my real estate license in 2000 and have been a high producing agent for 15 years. Before getting my license I had a successful design career which included working for ABC and NBC affiliates as an illustrator and designer. My work has appeared on ABC, NBC, and CBS as well as United Press International and numerous other publications. My husband Gerry and I have built 4 homes, renovated approximately 10 homes, built a Winery Bed and Breakfast in north Georgia and a 10 bedroom hotel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This experience combined with my art background makes me uniquely qualified to come up with creative design solutions to help you get your home ready to sell as quickly and easily as possible. I will make the selling of your home the smoothest, most relaxed transaction it can possibly be.

Why Mindy? 

My background as real estate specialist, contractor, renovator, and designer has been central in seeing possibilities in a house when working with both sellers and buyers. I enjoy educating the buyer on the most important aspects of home buying. I am 100% committed to finding the very best home for each individual buyer. When working with sellers, I use proven methods to make each seller have a smooth and comfortable a transaction while getting the highest price for their home.

The areas of concentration include: City of Decatur (which includes; Winnona Park, Oakhurst, Great Lakes and Glenwood Estates), Druid Hills, Emory Area, Avondale Estates, Lake Claire, Candler Park, Kirkwood and University Heights.
